Pisgah Pride Day 2020 Has been Cancelled

Due to recent developments related to the spread of coronavirus, and consistent with our interest in protecting the safety of our volunteers and project leaders, The Pisgah Conservancy is announcing that Pisgah Pride Day 2020 is postponed indefinitely from its original scheduled date of April 25, 2020.   We hope to reschedule the event later in 2020, and will be in touch with you in the weeks and months to come. We are grateful for your support, and hope that you understand this difficult decision.

We have created a page on our website where we will post updates, respond to FAQs, and post information provided by the Forest Service as this pandemic crisis unfolds [link].

We think the coming weeks might provide particularly good opportunities to enjoy the relative seclusion of the forest rather than going to crowded public spaces. Please prepare appropriately, however, if you venture into Pisgah and recognize that some services and facilities you have come to expect may not be available. As we know more specifics about closures, we will post them on the website.

Please take good care of yourselves and your loved ones during this challenging time. We look forward to re-grouping to support Pisgah in the near future!
